How do I share Schedules?

There are four options for sharing Schedules in EventGeek.

  • Publish to web
  • Export to calendar (ICS)
  • Print (PDF)
  • Export (Google Doc)

You can find these sharing options by clicking the actions menu in the upper right corner of the Schedule tab in an event.

Of course, you can also share Schedules by adding teammates and enabling them to login to your account on web or mobile. You can also share schedules in Event Briefs.

Publish to web

The easiest way to share a Schedule is to publish it to a web page. Note that the web page will have an obscure URL that will make it virtually impossible to find unless someone has the link.

You can customize the logo, fonts and colors of your Schedules at the Org level in the Style Settings.

Click the Make it public toggle in the upper left to enable access for anyone with the link, no download required. The web page will adapt to any screen size, so it's mobile friendly. 

Export to calendar (ICS)

Select Export to Calendar (ICS), and a download will begin. Open the downloaded .ics file, click OK, and the event will be added to your calendar. 

Print (PDF)

You can also export a Schedule as a PDF. Select Print (PDF) and a new window will open that will will contain the PDF file for you to save or print. 

Export (Google Doc)

With the Google Doc option, you can make any additional changes or updates to the content or design. 

You can customize the logo, fonts and colors of your Schedules at the Org level in the Style Settings.
