How do I manage multiple Schedules?

With EventGeek, you can create and manage multiple Schedules for your event. Multiple Schedules are great for managing event teams, collaborators, speakers, session tracks, etc.

To add a Schedule click the blue + icon to the right of the Schedules row.

When you hover over a Schedule name, a down carat appears. Click the carat to access options to rename, copy, delete, print or publish the Schedule to iCal. You can also double click the Schedule name to rename it or click-and-drag the name to move the Schedule left or right.

Once you've set up multiple Schedules, you can view them altogether in a grid. Click the Grid icon in the upper right.

In the Grid View, click on the Schedule names to make them appear or disappear in the grid. Each Schedule has its own color.

In Grid View, you can click on individual Schedule items to see their descriptions, locations and participants.
